We specialize in catering to the needs of graduate students, visiting scholars and faculty from around the world. During the summer we host many interns.

Located under 2 miles from Duke University (West Campus), the Student Exchange Houses are attractive homes that offer furnished rooms for rent at one all-inclusive price.

Anyone may APPLY for a room.

OUR ALL-INCLUSIVE RATES INCLUDE:

• airport pick up (as our schedule allows)
• a furnished bedroom
• bathroom ensuite (3115/1, 3204/B, 1312/1); all other rooms shared bathroom
• common areas, including furnished kitchen, living and dining rooms
• all utilities, including wifi, TV, heat, a/c, and water
• linens, including bedding and towels; laundry facilities
• bike rental is also available
