We specialize in catering to the needs of graduate students, visiting scholars and faculty from around the world. During the summer we host many interns.

Located under 2 miles from Duke University (West Campus), the Student Exchange Houses are attractive homes that offer furnished rooms for rent at one all-inclusive price.

• all utilities, including wifi, TV, heat, a/c, and water
• linens, including bedding and towels; laundry facilities
